With regards to work experience, I have in all 18 years of managerial experience in the private sector out of which 6 years is senior management and I have managed teams of up to 60 persons. I had the opportunity to deal with both local & international partners, which included frequent travels abroad. I found management very interesting especially in terms of dealing with a wide variety of staff & their corresponding personalities. Then, there was also the aspect of achieving company objectives which is quite challenging. But, nevertheless, I was still lacking something which I clearly felt in all the companies where I worked, be it here or internationally.

And that something which was lacking could only be filled up by the spiritual energy. The depth, beauty and all- encompassing nature of a high level of spiritual energy cannot be matched with any gratifying job. On top of that, the growth of consciousness which is possible along the spiritual path will never be achieved even if one is a member of senior management. The capabilities of a heightened spiritual energy are manifolds & can effectively improve all the dimensions of the individual’s life.

Healing patients & helping people to find solutions to their personal problems were also an experience that was so unmatched to any employment that I had in the past. The gratitude of a person who has been removed out of darkness is simply great & creates a long- lasting relationship. The students who themselves have started to have spiritual experiences are indeed a proof that spirituality & God consciousness are indeed the greatest of all gifts.
